What is I can’t attend all the days offered?

I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can’t make it five days a week, at least do your best to attend three days a week. We have seen participants achieve significant results while attending just three days a week.

You will need to arrive 20 minutes early to your first class time. Please purchase the 21 day program from our website and then email getfit@hawaiifitcamp.com to schedule your first class. One of our managers will send you the liability waiver you will need for your first day. You will also need a water bottle and towel with you, no sneakers necessary. How often can I attend?

Our Honolulu boot camp runs seven days week, Monday – Sunday, and since they are held in-doors, the weather is never an issue. We suggest that you attend five days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least three days per week. What is a typical day like at camp?

In one word – Exciting! However, since most days each workout is only 30-45 minutes long we intentionally do different exercises to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time its difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some interval training, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training.

How soon will I see results?
