How much does it cost?

Our membership choices are tailored to suit each individual’s distinct goals and situations. Following your Starting Point Session, we’ll propose one or two programs specifically designed for you. We can assure you of one thing: it won’t be the most budget-friendly option in town.

The reality is, opting for the cheapest often comes with inexperienced trainers, unkept facilities, and a lack of customer service. Being the best and being the most economical rarely align in service-oriented businesses. Therefore, we prioritize providing the best rather than the cheapest.

How do I know if I'm a good fit?

If you’re tired of generic group classes, do-it-yourself programs, or gyms that resemble high-school cliques rather than spaces for well-being, Egan’s Fitness  deserves your attention. The majority of our members are employed professionals, aged 35 and above, aspiring to achieve better health. They aren’t keen on fitness programs that dominate their lives. Instead, they seek a practical fitness journey tailored to their goals, pace, and schedules. And, crucially, they prefer not to navigate it all on their own.

How do workouts typically look?

Individual training sessions are entirely personalized, while our 50-minute small group
sessions follow a consistent structure:

  • Comprehensive full-body warm-up
  • Core/Power exercises
  • Strength Training
  • Strength finisher
  • Mobility Cool-Down

A common inquiry we receive is, “With such an emphasis on strength, can this program assist in weight loss?” The answer is a resounding yes! There’s a misconception that weight loss requires primarily cardiovascular, sweat-inducing workouts. In reality, the stronger your body is and the more lean muscle it possesses (not the bulky muscle ), the more calories you’ll burn, facilitating faster fat reduction. Picture it like this: A car with a larger engine consumes fuel more rapidly. Similarly, when your body has more muscle, it acts like a bigger engine, burning calories at an accelerated pace.

Do you have larger group classes?

Absolutely! If you’re seeking a quick, effective workout to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and overall health, our conditioning sessions perfectly complement our small group and one-on-one personal training programs.

Each session accommodates up to 30 individuals, all guided by a professional coach. The objective of this workout is to enhance overall cardiovascular conditioning, crucial for achieving fitness goals and maintaining optimal health. The sessions involve circuit-style training with timed intervals for each movement. We incorporate equipment like rowers, ski ergs, battle ropes, slam balls, sleds, bikes, and bodyweight exercises to ensure a safe and dynamic experience throughout the entire 30-minute session.

Will I Have A Personal Trainer Each Time I Workout?

Absolutely! Every time you join us for a workout, you’ll be guided by a skilled and professional trainer.

Our personal trainers each hold at least a bachelor’s degree, possess a nationally-accredited certification, and have mastered the Egan’s Fitness approach.
